Official Terms & Conditions

1. Offer is good for rebates on select Summit Audio products when you purchase a Lauten Audio Horizon tube microphone for authorized dealers. The qualifying Summit Audio products are: TPA-200B, MPC-100A, 2BA-221, MPE-200, DCL-200, TLA-100A, TLA-50, EQ-200, EQF-100, FeQ-50, EQP-200B, and TD-100. Lauten Audio Horizon tube microphone purchase must be made between June 1st and July 31st, 2008. Purchases made before or after these dates will not be eligible.

2. Only purchases by an end-user customer from an authorized Lauten Audio dealer in the United States are valid. Lauten Audio dealers, distributors, resellers and their employees are ineligible. To locate a Lauten Audio authorized dealer, visit www.lautenaudio.com or call 1-877-721-7018.

3. All required information on the Summit Audio Rebate Coupon must be completed. Confirmation of receipt of your rebate request will be emailed to the email address you provide. One coupon per product. Multiple purchases must use multiple coupons. Incomplete coupons will not be accepted.

4. Valid proof of purchase in the form of a copy of the sales receipt for the Lauten Audio and Summit Audio product that includes the date of purchase (between June 1st and July 31st, 2008 for Lauten Audio and between June 1^st and August 31^st, 2008 for Summit Audio) must accompany the Summit Audio Summer Rebate Coupon.

5.  Horizon tube microphone must be successfully registered with the unique serial number in the Lauten Audio database. To register your product visit https://www.lautenaudio.com/register/ or call 1-877-721-7018; the unique serial is on the back of each microphone.

6. Coupon and valid proof of purchase (collectively “Claim”) must be postmarked no later than September 15, 2008 and be received by September 29th, 2008.

7. Redemption claims must be received by mail at the address shown below and cannot be received by e-mail. Mail all redemption claims to:

8. Please allow six to eight weeks to process.

9. If you have not received your Summit Audio Summer Rebate check after eight weeks, you may call (775) 782-8838 to check the status of your redemption claim.

10. Offer void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by federal, state, provincial or local law.

11. Any misrepresentations or fraudulent information disqualifies the claim.

12. Redemption only available for purchases made within the United States . All addresses where rebate is to be sent must be within the United States .

13. Any submission with invalid or undeliverable address will be rejected.

14. Neither Summit Audio, Lauten Audio, nor its dealers, distributors, or resellers are responsible for claims lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, misdirected or delayed in the mail. Please keep copies of all materials submitted.

15. No claims against “lost” materials will be evaluated unless accompanied by proof of receipt of the original claim by Summit Audio (i.e., certified or registered mail).

16. Summit Audio reserves the right to request additional information regarding this claim and the right to confirm identification.

17. All documentation submitted with this claim becomes the property of Summit Audio and cannot be returned.

18. The claimant waives any and all claims against Summit Audio relating to this offer.
